International Women’s Day

Support Women’s Aid ABCLN on International Women’s Day on 8th March 2025. 

 

By hosting an International Women’s Day event for Women's Aid ABCLN, you are not only celebrating women across the globe, but more specifically, you are supporting women in our community who have been affected by domestic abuse.

 

Last year we supported 1,547 women and responded to 60,899 calls for information and support. 

 

We want to be able to support EVERY WOMAN across Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey who needs information and support.

 

There are so many ways to get involved whether it is at work, at home, a local café or community centre – we want to celebrate women and support them.

 

You can host a coffee morning, cake sale, sponsored walk, quiz night, sea dip or an idea of your own. No matter what you choose to do, you will have our full support.   

 

We can supply you with collection box, balloons, online fundraising page, QR code and any advice you need. Get in touch, we would love to hear your plans.
